Iowa | I've got a 4494 that I paid 12 for - yep its alittle smaller but has the nicer cab too - reliability wise theyre not great - but I havent had any problems with mine to speak of - the scary thing and the reason I always think of getting rid of her is your always 1 oops away from scrap iron - powershift, engine, electronics - if they go bad repair is more than the tractor is worth - one thing to watch is some of the parts arent available anymore - I decided to get the electronic rear steering working on mine last yr and the parts were a chore to find - luckily I have a local pirvate mechanic that likes to work on and has experience in onlder cases. | |
