sullivan il. | 2 ways put bottom plate down and tapcon in place then put studs up along side floor joists no top plate this way on end walls opposite of joists use top plate cut the studs to the shortest point nail a board between the last joist and rim joist ebery 4 foot stand wall up and nail through top plate to the boards you put in you can aslo do it this way on the side walls also, cutting every stud to length is a waist of time be sure you use green treated 2x4s for the bottom plates, by the way have been a custom home builder for 24 years | |
