The US govt. , that is us., owns a large amount of the spectrum, and it has been off limits to others. You can bet LS has the checkbook ready to grease the back pocket of Obama machine.
Don't worry, there are many competitors watching, and I would be surprised if it goes up for sale. It has not been before, lots of news stories on this one.
