It isn't all over yet. This is all good news though. I won't pop the cork on the bottle of champaign yet. Falcone may still lie twitching for a while.
Something else brewing is Lightsquared may try another spectrum. My main concern is GPS interference. If Lightsquared can find a place to operate that doesn't cause GPS interference then we're all good. However, that doesn't rule out that they won't find other services to interfere with.
