Might be the odd man out here, but my Apex update went through no problem. In fact, last several updates have been pretty smooth. I will say that this current update is a pretty large file though, a good internet connection could help prevent some potential hassle. Also, Ive seen web filters, firewalls, etc. block live update. Have to download the patch from stellar support and launch it that way.
Can't install new Apex upgrade ?
