If everything above checks out, I would look at the steering sensor. If its accuguide ready it should have a pot sensor on the right kingpin. I have had a few Puma's that this sensor's voltage was reading correctly, but it was reading the steering angle reversed (this would cause the AP fault you are describing). If you have a laptop with AP toolbox, hook it up and varify that when you turn left it reads a negative steering angle, and that turning to the right is a positive. Should center at about 0 degrees, with about 2.5 volts showing. If your getting steering angles opposite of those I would recommend replacing the steering sensor or changing a setting in the NAV controller.
