Down in Hinsons post, Tim from Minnesota says Deere is the only one that goes to the pole. That's North and South cause your Lat lines are parallel. Assuming that's true about Deere I'm surprised I haven't seen more issues, especially on my half mile pivots with 1 mile long rows. Hmmmm.
