The Cat CAN cable should be connected to the “Spare (P-12)” leg of the auxiliary harness. You may have had it on P4 of the main harness. I’ve been installing APs on Cat ISO equipped tractors since 2006 and I can’t find in any installation manuals where it states to connect the CAN cable to anywhere except the Spare (P-12) leg of the auxiliary harness.
