Bancroft, Iowa | Looking at a 1770CCS planter that has variable rate drive and a seedstar monitor. I currently have a 1770ccs planter with the Dickey John monitor. I have replaced the DJ monitor with an Ag Leader Integra with seed tube monitoring. If I get the planter with variable drive and seedstar monitor, it looks as though I can get a different harness from Ag Leader to still use the Integra for population monitoring. My question is can you eliminate the seedstar monitor any way or will it always be necessary for the variable drive on the planter? Thanks. | |
