| That's true, the survey is done with the scraper at it's maximum height. You then must determine a working height to be able to smooth and move dirt, I can do all of this, but my concern is that the cut/fill must be done at the right height, or else the piece won't be truly flat. What I'm really looking for I guess is the elevation that I need to work toward to have the whole piece at 0 % slope and 0% grade, I'm nearly there naturally, and have the survey done, I feel like I should be able to find that elevation someplace, because how else are the cut yards and fill yards calculated? I could be thinking about this all wrong also. | |
