The only thing I would recomend is when looking at ayrporte's first picture I would flip the "return to boiler" and "from boiler" section over. Maybe even lenthen the top end so the "return to boiler" pipe is above the "return" line. The reason I say that is if any air gets in the floor (also at initial startup) any air that is in the floor will go up into the "return to boiler" pipe and not be sucked back into the floor pipes again. BTDT. I found out it's well worth the effort to try to plumb it so any air automatically goes back to the stove instead of having to bleed it off. JMO. | |
