Your probably right. 135'x66'x17' with 30'x17' slider and 24'x15' overhead was something like $110,000 plus dirt work. This was almost 5 years ago no so your telling me one size smaller is 40% the cost (maybe 50% once you take off the windows, overhead door, and the porch), 5 years later. Must be a county craft.
