N/E Iowa | From where i live i counted 24 sheds from a 8 to 9 mile radius that went up last sumer/fall. And thats not driving all the gravel roads. I "WANT" to build a shop/shed 48x60, 24x16' door. cement, radiant heat, one walk in door, 2 windows. I have priced 3 places last fall, anywhere from 68,000.00 to 95,000.00. Morton was the highest, then local lumber yard, then wick. tough call. The last thing i want to do is build too small, to save some coin...... Just need to bight the bullet...LOL | |
