40x60x14 = 33,600/12=2800feet squared
$17,000/2800=$6.07
$6.07x25% (mark up) =1.5175+6.07=7.5878
66x16x40 = 42240 / 12 = 3520 feet squares
3520 * $7.5875 = $26,708
So where does the other $18,000 come into play?
