Very common question that needs more info to answer. I think if you have spoked closing wheels, you need Keetons. If your Keetons are pushing, you may have too much down pressure on them or it may be too wet. I have seen Keetons modified to work in wetter conditions, but have not done it myself. If your seeds are bouncing out of the trench, you got other problems.
