SW MN | I am from MN and plan on finishing my basement soon and was wondering where you found your codes for your county. I was planning on painting the walls then foam and then strips like the video.

Also if the stairs are along the wall how do you finish the wall next to the stairs. If you finish the walls like the rest of the basement then the stairs will be 3+ inched narrower. | |
