Do you get palability from having grasses in your alfalfa? So what are they tring to gane from feedinf the hot forage. My in laws milk around 400 cows and they feeds ryelage and corn silage and love it don't miss the alfalfa at all. Any ryelage we make goes to the heifers only. It's not high enough quality he says. Thans for the info, We are going to meet tomorrow wish me luck.
