| They are a good dealer! I just bought a Rankin Twin Star hay rake from them this fall. Hal brought it to me, told me to use it till I got all my third crop hay done. My Allen was broke down, I didn't have time to fix it that week. I then told him, I would buy it but I didn't want to pay for it till I got beef calves delivered in Nov. He said no problem, send a check when your ready.
They also put a lot of money back into the communities, they support Jr. Livestock sales in Utah and Idaho. They are also very faithful in sending the customer support person around or calls every two weeks to see if I need anything. The only dealer for 70 miles that does that.
I still value a dealer that will deal on a handshake. I hope they don't ever get bought up by the mega dealers, the quality of service goes down when that happens. | |
