My 7130 magnum will occasionally stick in park if I stop facing uphill. The only way out was to get someone to pull back on the park lever while I use a wrench or vise grip on the bottom end of the linkage where it goes into the transmission. Not sure if there is a cure for this. I just make sure not to stop facing the tractor uphill.
