roaming
You can tie the 700 to the 450 via a couple of serial cables, and run manual or prescription rate control, and mapping, through the 700. You cannot do automatic section control, and the Pro 700 will not know when you shut off a section on the 450 (I think it will know the rate is reduced, but won't know the section is off).

AccuBoom is a CAN-based system that is not compatible with what you have.

If you need sectional control, you will need to invest in additional equipment - either something like a Raven Smartboom, which would work in conjunction with your 700/450 combo, or something like Trimble's FieldIQ or the new CIH AccuControl, which would completely replace your 450 with new control modules. If you go with FieldIQ, you would also need a Trimble display. If you go with AccuControl, you would be able to use your 700. However, Raven liquid control for the 700 will not be out this spring. Only Rawson liquid is supported at launch.

Fun, huh?
