There was a farm around here next to an interstate exit ramp. Sold 3 times, and each time, the owner received a huge down payment, and then financed the remaining portion, usually on a three year term, with interest to be paid monthly, and a principal payment due annually. She still owns that property, but has received enough from down payments, principal, and interest for it to have sold 2x.
