| The OP asked a simple question about having to sign a receipt inside a store and not having to sign outside at the pump. That was the question. There are terrible people in this world, no doubt. Brother-in -law is a cop, He has been shot at, nearly run over, and been in numerous foot chases at night through neighborhoods that I wouldn't go through in the daytime. However, thats the career he chose for the exitement I guess. C-store clerk is a dangerous job for anyone and I would not want my child in that position. I will converse with a c-store clerk and sometimes joke with them, When you bring a smile to someones face, it just might brighten their day, if only for a few minutes. You should try it sometime ...... Im still wondering why you have to sign the receipt inside and not outside. I assume its creditcard co. related. But its not a stupid question.
