Ours is a 9020B case. Was looking through all the service and tech manuals and apprantly I'm supposed to change the oil in the top and bottom rollers. It detailed the procedure of lifting the machine up and how to drain and refill etc. Seemed like it was a 5000 hr thing. I've never known that to be a sevice item. I've never done any such thing to our 7F.
