The second motor, assuming the first has no case drain, will recieve 100% of the oil leaving the first motor. This includes any leakage thru the first motor. Assuming the second motor has near the same wear and manufacturing tolerances, leakage thru it should be near the same. So as you mention, both motors should run the same speed.
