Subject: Re: Sleep Machinery?

Boone, Iowa
I went thru this a month or so ago. I did not like the idea of a sleep number bed, since you have bladders and pumps that can go bad. Everyone said the memory foam beds were hot. I went to my local furniture store with intentions to buy another spring mattress. I was talked into laying on the Serta iComfort mattress and was suprised. I ended up buying an iComfort Revolution (3 layer) mattress. The middle layer is a gel foam and keeps the mattress cool. There is a 120 day trial on the mattress and 25 year limited warranty, which tells me they have confidence in their mattresses. When I would roll around during the nights on my old spring mattress, I would have back pain. In the morning, my back would be achy. After sleeping on this iComfort mattress for 3 weeks, I have not had any back aches or pains. I know a mattress is alot of money, but figure it an investment. If you have a bad back, I was told to invest in a good bed and a good pair of shoes.
