Independence OR | My dad and I both bought new ecoboosts in December and we are averaging 14mpg a far cry from 22. We both have Toyo M-55 tires on them, and from what the service manager at the dealer said any traction tire creates a lot of drag and kills the mileage. Kind of wish I would have just got the V8. However the ecoboost does have a lot of power, and the truck drives great. I think they did the mileage test on a down hill stretch of road!!!!
