How worn are the Keetons?  If they are rounded or wedge shaped on the bottom, take a grinder and grind them off flat again.  Precision Planting recommends this.  Also make sure the firmers are tracking straight and not wanting to ride to one side.

As has been mentioned, I would make sure the bottom of the seed furrow is a "V".  If not, this would be priority one to correct.
