East of Dowagiac Michigan | An auction can be as much of a mind game as you let it be. Maybe you should do some homework and estimate what you think that item you are interested in will sell for, and then see if you can intimidate some less informed/ interested bidders by starting the bid at 75% of value instead of waiting for 50%. (I think auctioneers tend to respect this)....not likely to get you the nice pieces that have drawn a good crowd on a single bid. |
