MO.. | Have a neighbor interested in renting a building I have. It is a 60'X 120' Quonset. It is 23 feet from floor to peak. It was built for machinery and grain. It has concrete floor with 4 in floor grain sumps and 4 foot concrete walls that the building sits on. It is about 10 years old and still looks new. In perfect condition. Also have bulkheads for the ends. Has electricity but no aeration. Don't know what total bu. capacity is as I have never completely filled it. I would guess around 75000 bu. He would use it for both machinery and/or grain. His choice. What would be a fair rent on a yearly basis?
