I went to a milk meeting last week. The EXPERTS say $18.50 average for 2008.
I kinda like the$22-23 we are getting now.
There was a huge push for people to switch to organic last year. Right now there is a hold on new organic sign ups in our area. Not enough difference in the price for most people to sign on right now anyway.
