If it's that muddy all you are going to do with a ripper is make a bigger mess.  The 530 will run with several inches of frost in the ground so if it doesn't dry out I'd at least wait until there is enough frost that the tractor and ripper won't make tracks.  If the ground is wet underneath your not going to fix your compaction problem by ripping but at least you'll be able to level up the ruts so they aren't sitting full of water next spring when you need to be planting.
