| Yes we are using Nh3 fertilizer with the conserva pak now and the last couple years had some seed gassed with Nh3 the problem is our drill is nearly worn out so the seed chute is riding into the fertilizer slot and getting gassed, would get a new JD 1870 but we are raising DNS spring wheat and to make protein we are putting allot of Nh3 by the seed that's the reason next drill will have Midrow Banders.
Plus if i get into a hurry and seed to fast the front shanks get buried by the back two rows which is the trouble with all hoe drills. (My opinion) | |
