Near-north Ontario, French River | About 1/3 through the pictures there's an image of a P-47 with the props all bent up. The caption said it was flown back to base that way?? Is that even possible? The props bent up so bad you'd think it would shake the plane apart long before it would develop enough power (thrust?? whats the proper term for props??) to even maintain flight. Almost looks to me as if it were belly landed. |
