A post down a ways said the buyer might want it to convert to wetlands, other than the govt or some environmental group flush with cash I don't see that as a viable option at today's prices. I could see why a buyer with some prime land that contains a wetland would be interested in doing a wetlands swap, but not at these prices.
Land auction today results in NO SALE!
