When I heard Dennis Gartman speak on Friday, one of his main points was "I am so bullish stock prices I can't see straight". His biggest concern for that not happening was if we attempt to "balance the budget". Also, he thought crude will be $15-20 cheaper a year from now, $100 oil makes the producers a lot of money.
