Be real leery of meth labs, they break in or rent and next thing you know its burned.  I assume you know that but just a reminder.

I liked the idea of renting to law officers but some of them are bad too and some are sources of attacks, generally a good one would be a plus for me.  The same could be said for the local machinery dealers for their people, schools for teachers wanting country life etc.
