Our ann. mtg is on a sat. morning but have heard many that are after a service w/potluck. Around here if its not on a weds. or weekend (usually sunday) you won't get many people. Our older members don't go out much in the evenings either (especially in the winter) so evening events are pretty rare-Christmas eve. Do you usually have compensation for your treasurer jt1468??
