Have a buddy who turns tires for people on the side. He made a hydraulic machine running off a small engine. Not sure what he gets per tire but he said if you fill up a tractor tire with good black dirt and plant tomatoes in it, you'll have the best tomatoes around. Turning tires makes a good profit on the side for him.
