MN | Thanks for the replies everyone, looks like this is pretty common as I figured so. Chad must be in a higher populated area? We could bring in every human being within 30 miles and not have 2000 in the group. We have some younger families, not many but considering the demographics of the area I think it is acceptable. We have tried to eliminate all the unnecessary committees and trim down the amount of people on the necessary ones as well. Right now we can't find anyone that is willing to be our treasurer, it is a job that requires time and is probably the hardest job of all in the church. Maybe we need an accountant or something to handle that and just hire them to do it I have no more ideas I guess. any thoughts? | |
