Ya pretty much. The 3 point from Buckeye is priced, especially in the off season, to make it pretty much impossible to build one and save anything. They have all the jigs and stuff to keep things true and square. And it is just plain heavy duty. I figured I best make the cart as heavy as the hitch. d:-)
