ALTUS,OKLA73521 | I live in a town of 20,000. Our church (Ist United methodist) is going thru this. A few years ago we had it full in 2 services, now less than half full. It doesn't matter what we do . No new members. Meanwhile walmart is full, We hear cars going by the Church constantly, and inviting some one to church is akin to insulting them. I think it is the result of a selfish attitude in general of our populace now. I fear for our nation because a nation without GOD will fail.I recall the parable of seed sown on rocks will not flourish. | |
