This ought to be in a FAQ section.  It seems to come up every month or two.  The 2 + 2 was a lousy execution of a great concept.  I think IH was finally getting the bugs out when Case bought them and trash canned the whole thing.

So keep this in mind.  The 2 + 2 is a tractor produced by a company that someone else bought off the folks that bought them.  For the most part it is fairly common parts, but there are going to be some NLA.

Basically a 2 + 2 is like an old Jeep or an English motorcycle.  It is guaranteed to leak something someplace.  Guaranteed.
