I have a 36' 11 ring top dry with one 40 hp heater and fan. I also have gsi tower 1010 I think is model. Tower is a lot easier to clean and operate. Moisture control is great and it uses less lp. If you have to work on something tower will be easier. Cleaning a top dry is the most miserable job we have on the farm. My 2 cents buy the tower
