West Central Wisconsin | While I have no qualms about farmers selling organic products, (if they are receiving the premiums), I have to laugh at how some of these products are advertised. "Organic maple syrup"?, "organic, free-range, vegetarian chicken"? and "organic honey"? Those to me are some pretty strong claims. My wife and I go to the farmers market in Madison, WI once in awhile and find it very entertaining. Joe | |
