50 to 60 would be awesome for me. I really like tfr454's idea. A portable heater hung overhead where you are working. Over time the unit will heat up the rest of the shop.
I do a lot of wood cutting to clean up my creeks, so I would have a wood stove in there as well to help keep a bit of the chill off.
