Ask your Cat dealer if they sell Cat Classic. Very competitive price. And the one I deal with will tell me which parts they think is alright Classic and which to avoid.
Recent example------- Main drive ujoint Cat $105. Classic $45. These are ballpark off top of my head so not exact but close. I'm sure there was frieght etc to get the total and one supplier didn't include bolts.
