Central Nebraska | The thread a couple days ago concerning AGCO dealerships got me thinking about their tractors. I considered buying a Challenger wheel tractor last fall, but didn't. I won't be looking for another tractor for a few years probably, but I'm thinking I might like to try something else next time. I see you can get AGCO and Challenger tractors pretty cheap compared to Deere and Magnums as far as power and hours go. Why is that? Are they expensive to work on? I'm just curious is all, not looking for a brand war here. I love my Deeres, but they're pretty dang expensive comparatively. Dealer support for anything other than Deere or Case IH is not very good here, though. I think I'd look good in an orange tractor... A Challenger 765 would be alright, too. | |
