When Indiana started it I was standing in line to vote and the fellow in front of me showed his ID to the clerk. She would not let him vote as he had a county adress instead of a city address. Apparently he moved 15 years prior and never updated his registration. The problem in this situation was there have been a few municipal elections decided by less than 10 votes.
