I used some silly puddy my daughter had to build a little dam around where I was going to drill the hole in some glass blocks my wife wanted 1/2" holes in to put x-mas lights in, so it was drilling in a puddle of water, drilled out 20 of them, 6 minutes per block, and don't push hard, let the weight of the drill do it, maybe just a little pressure.
