NW Iowa | I was in your position 2 years ago. I decided to go with the regular JD Rate Controller and was/have been very happy with the results. I used it with a 2600 at first and last year upgraded to a 2630. I set it up on the 2600 as a liquid fertilizer applicator and used 40 gal/A when I wanted 400#/A for example. If you don't have a scale on the cart, I would HIGHLY recommend getting one. I'm not sure how you would be able to monitor and tweak the calibration of the PWM valve without it while you are applying. | |
